Studying Mandarin at the Chinese Language Division of NTU with the support of the Huayu Education Scholarship from the Taiwanese Government.

Designed the first version of the app at Kumo.AI to support core user journeys. As part of this work, I organized requirements, crafted a design system, and designed data visualizations.

Relaunched the primary checkout flow for Voltage Park so that customers could understand and rent out access to GPU's.

In this role, I designed features to improve trust and safety on the platform through verification.

Redesigned the app to focus on expressive chat. After three months of redesign, we launched and over 50K people downloaded the app, receiving a 4.7 on the app store. Through this process, I was responsible for user research, designing creative tools, and creating a consistent and clear visual language.
