• Currently leading the front-end team at MotorTrend as we re-write our existing web app using Next.js, GraphQL, Tailwind, Typescript, and our newly built design system

• Developed the REI Cedar design system libraries, working with Figma, Vue.js, Node, Webpack, Rollup, SASS, LESS, Jest, JSX, Spring, and other internal REI tooling

• Fully owned the development, QA and release cycle for the Cedar Vue.js component library, design token libraries, and doc site

• Collaborated with digital and IT teams to integrate the Cedar design system into their codebases and make improvements to accessibility and performance

• Developed front-end customer facing pages for REI Experiences projects using Vue.js, Webpack, Rollup, Node, SASS, and various internal front-end tools.

• Worked with the REI search team to index REI travel and events content in order to create new search experiences for both platforms

• Developed front-end code for the Amazon Restaurants consumer experience using jQuery, JSP, Handlebars, Sass, and internal Amazon tools. Emphasized accessibility, scalability, cross-browser support, and backwards compatibility in all projects.

• Worked with other teams within the Restaurants department and across Amazon to integrate with existing services and deploy features in a variety of channels including the Amazon homepage, mobile apps, and marketing emails.

• Wrote a collection of shell scripts that automated and optimized our asset compilation process, which made our front-end development faster and less tedious.
