• Communicate directly with doctor’s offices and other pharmacies via telephone, fax, and electronically to receive new prescriptions and transfers. Efficiently answer multi-line phone to respond to patient and provider requests.
• Process, submit, and correct insurance claims, and liaise between patients and doctors to validate information
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and other healthcare providers
• Input patient information and prescription order into the pharmacy system (RX Connect )
