Worked as a frontend-focused full-stack engineer and leader in the Feed team.
• Led critical engineering initiatives for LinkedIn’s Feed on web, delivering large-scale projects, improving technical quality, mentoring engineers, and partnering cross functionally to launch impactful product experiences.
• Primary owner for LinkedIn's server-side rendered mobile web app, which hosts more than 10 complex web pages including main feed. Improved system stability, authored comprehensive documentation, cleaned up tech debt, and shipped critical bug fixes.
• Led the transition of site reliability responsibilities to the Feed Web team, coordinating on-call rotations, training engineers, and driving observability improvements.
• Led the rollout of collaborative articles on desktop and mobile web, driving feature delivery, cross-team coordination, and technical strategy. Served as tech lead for a team of 10 engineers.

• Led the Disney+ Web Team. Overseeing a team of 40 engineers, and managing six direct reports
• Set the technical direction for the Disney+ Web Team, working closely with product managers and TPMs to accept new requirements and refine the web team’s backlog
• Partnered with other leads and senior engineers to re-architect portions of the application with the goal of improving performance, decreasing site load time, increasing scalability, and enabling experimentation

Worked as a front-end web developer and team lead for the Accounts, Activation, and Access team.
• Managed and led a five-person team in the Web Software Engineering organization focused on authentication and account management. Served as a mentor for junior developers and coordinated my team’s agile work slate.
• Built critical features such as authentication, password recovery, account management, profile management, and activation flows for multiple large-scale web applications. Served as the primary subject matter expert on the web team for these flows.
• Made key contributions to the global launches of Disney+, ESPN+, Eurosport Player, and MLS Live. Supported these applications and more (NHL, HBO NOW, etc) in production.
• Built out libraries and SDKs in JavaScript to communicate with internal and third-party APIs across our suite of applications.
• Collaborated with a small group of engineers to architect the Disney+ web application in React from scratch.
• Worked with stakeholders from DSS & Hulu to devise a high-level plan for the Disney+/ESPN+/Hulu Super Bundle.
