Bezos Academy is an organization founded by Jeff Bezos that is providing tuition-free preschools in underserved communities. In my role, I led product requirements, UX research, and data-driven product development for enhancements to a child progress tracking platform used by 200+ teachers across 60+ classrooms, improving workflow efficiency and product usability.
• Defined and shipped teacher workflow improvement features that reduced student progress logging time by 20–30%, cut family conference prep time by ~90%, and reduced key user click paths by 50%
• Conducted 15+ teacher and parent interviews to uncover pain points in child progress tracking and reporting, translating insights into prioritized requirements and scoped solutions
• Partnered with engineering, design, and educators to align product decisions with user needs, implementation feasibility, and pedagogy
• Used product analytics and user feedback to inform feature prioritization and improve adoption
