In my tenure as Chief Information Officer at 4WD Supacentre, a leader in the retail sector known for the Adventure KINGS brand, I spearheaded comprehensive IT strategic leadership. My broad expertise covered everything from product innovation and manufacturing to logistics, global trade, inventory management, retail, and online sales, spanning both national and international markets.
A key part of my role was to champion digital transformation by integrating state-of-the-art technologies, thereby securing a competitive advantage through an IT Roadmap. • Rolled out the SAP S4/HANA SaaS ERP, transitioning to a hybrid cloud setup and pioneered the adoption of Salesforce's next-gen Customer Data Platform (CDP) - Salesforce Data Cloud, and modernised Customer Service
• Implemented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with strict governance to reduce manual task volume and elevate focus on strategic initiatives.
• Adopted ADKAR change management for smoother software and process integration.
• Enhanced Business Intelligence (BI) for immediate data accessibility.
• Elevated cybersecurity measures to align with Australia's ASD TOP 8.
