Drove design initiatives for early GenAI integration in M365 Word, with a focus on contextual AI text generation. Continued to deliver design for Editor and ContextIQ in M365.

As a part of the Office 365 design team, I focus on Microsoft Editor, an intelligent writing assistance in Word, Outlook, and across the web. Areas of expertise include AI-human collaboration feature explorations, intelligent typing experience, and accessibility design.

Led a team of four design interns to redesign Onda Origins’ current website. Initiated and facilitated design sprint workshops for the cross-functional team. Conducted quantitative and qualitative research with 200+ prospective customers. Presented research insights and proposed design to the leadership team.

Worked in the China Trust Experience Team and delivered a new ID verification system with flexibility to accommodate evolving compliance and business needs. Designed an intern guide for the university

recruiting team. It has been printed and spread to students across the U.S.
