• Built key integrations for Apache Hadoop services on the Cloudera Manager data cluster management platform by frequently collaborating with ~15 teams across the global engineering organization
• Developed the control plane (environments, service discovery, and diagnostics) for Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) Private Cloud running on RedHat OpenShift and Rancher Kubernetes Engine
• Drove quarterly product releases for the Cloudera Manager team alongside program management, product management, and documentation teams with a customer-first mindset
• As the de facto liaison between engineering and university recruiting, participated in 3 career fair events, conducted over 20 interviews, and mentored 2 intern/new grad hires
• Advised diversity & inclusion strategy, and helped launch the women and AAPI ERGs (employee resource groups) with ~25 active members each
• Organized quarterly social events for the Cloudera Manager team, from in-person events for ~20 local Bay Area employees to virtual events for ~50 team members across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
• Led engineering all-hands for ~200 attendees during the chief-of-staff’s absence, following
unanimous nomination by leadership
