This included the CIB Risk and Control Committee (CIBRCC), CIBRCC Reputational and New Products Risk sub-committees, the CIB Business and Commercial Real Estate line of business risk committees. This involved creating committees from their inception, crafting committee charters to support corporate policy and regulatory requirements, creating customized support cadences for each committee, designing and implementing document retention, drafting committee governance procedures, and providing audit support.

• Performed risk assessment, control documentation, and program monitoring, reviewing operational processes to recommend enhancements, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.

• Successfully coordinated issue and risk escalation, management, and dispositioning for CIB.

• Ran the CIB Self-Assessment program for all foreign and domestic CIB risk committees.

• Provided StrengthsFinder, Cultural Navigator, and CIB Culture Club training (incorporating elements of career building, DEI, and ESG programs). One project involved creating and hosting customized training for five teams in less than 48 hours.
