As a member of Meta's Reality Labs Health Tech and DTC Sales teams, I launched, scaled, and optimized new sales channels & marketing strategies for Meta’s VR headsets and AI glasses.
• Launched Meta’s first health-based subsidy channel pilot, expanding access to VR wellness solutions through Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSA) marketplaces.
• Executed integrated GTM and ABM strategies that promote VR for wellbeing, including content development, experiential activations, partner marketing and thought leadership for F500 HR benefits leaders.
• Manage performance and optimization for 6 international 3P storefronts, overseeing day-to-day operations, forecasting and reporting, and merchandising, marketing and promo strategies.,
• Lead end-to-end launch of new Shopify sales channel, onboarding the pilot's first retail partners and creating the operational systems, processes, strategy, and cross-functional alignment needed to scale.

Led launch of company’s first cohort of peer-to-peer Mental Health Ambassadors:
• Led recruitment, training, onboarding, and communications efforts; Managed relationship with nationally recognized Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training vendor; Created program toolkits and project plans; Advised on KPIs, future global expansion strategy, and negotiated contracts with international vendors.
Managed all aspects of monthly global wellbeing speaker series featuring high-profile experts, achieving some of the highest engagement levels across all company events:
• Developed timelines and objectives; Managed agency relationships and contracts; Developed run-of-shows and executive talking points; Executed integrated internal marketing campaigns for maximum engagement; Facilitated discussion and Q&A as event host; Conducted post-event evaluations.
Designed and launched a dedicated hub for wellbeing champions with downloadable toolkits and expanded champion network beyond the US.
Managed, delivered and marketed integrated wellbeing programs, benefits, and resources including EAP, World Mental Health Day programming, company wellbeing challenges, and lactation rooms.
