Designed and spearheaded initiative to integrate customer GitHub repositories into the product via GitHub App. Managed day-to-day team responsibilities and concerns while manager on parental leave. Led a tiger team that built out the use of generative AI (LLM) within the product.

Productionized and released a core product functionality revamp written in Golang and Python, saving Panther over $800/day on AWS costs across all customers. Proposed, designed, and collaborated on the implementation of upload dry-run in Golang and Python after investigating upload validation discrepancies based on user feedback about failures.

Coordinated the completion of an integration of the chronic care management and telemedicine products for high needs members. Spearheaded backend API, Scala, and SQL changes for an initiative to expand a core offering to a broader audience.

Designed a Kafka input pipeline for a new Master Data Management (MDM) system in consultation with software architects. Planned and implemented unit localization (l10n) and internationalization (i18n) for existing Scala software. Launched and managed the Scala backend of Action Plan, a personalizable and interactive mobile app experience. Collaborated with cross-company stakeholders while leading the backend SQL component of a personalized email campaign.

Adapted existing and created new backend Scala endpoints to allow validation of data objects independent of writing them. Added user-facing methods to Python-based user interface to reach various backend endpoints. Facilitated backend inter-service communication through the use of JWTs.
