Spotify is a music, podcast, and video streaming service available on a number of platforms. I've worked on a few projects in my time at Spotify. Currently I'm working on improving our client build-and-test infrastructure, writing build tools and CI integrations to increase developer productivity on our iOS, Android, and desktop platforms.
Before that, I supported the video platform on iOS, working with technologies such as HTTP Live Streaming (HLS), MPEG-DASH, and Widevine Modular DRM.

Consumr was a barcode-scanning iOS app that serves as a platform for ratings and reviews of consumer products. The reviews were primarily crowdsourced or voluntarily submitted by app users as well as aggregated from a variety of external websites and sources. It both displayed and made sense of these reviews to in order to help users find the best products, whether they were researching new TVs, or trying to find the best food in the grocery store.
My responsibilities at Consumr included developing and maintaining the iOS app, responsive website, and OAuth API as well as the growing database of consumer products. Consumr was sold and is now known as PurchX.

Tripl was a social travel app that let you discover where your friends were traveling, without any of them ever having to be on the service. It accomplished this by aggregating checkins, photos, and other geotagged social content from Facebook, Foursquare, Instagram, and other sources. At Tripl, I developed the universal iPhone / iPad application. Tripl is now defunct and the app is no longer listed in the App Store.

CityPockets provided users the ability to access, store, keep track, and sell all of their purchased vouchers from group buying sites under one platform. While there, I started as a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer and later moved to develop the third iteration of the iOS application - adding the functionality of finding and purchasing local deals based on your location as well as maintaining the "deal wallet" functionality that kept track of a user's purchased deal vouchers. CityPockets is now defunct and the app is no longer listed in the App Store.

At iCIMS, I worked in an agile team writing Java code for a large, highly customizable web application for recruiting and applicant-tracking. I maintained an internal service provider that integrated disparate third-party utilities and applications such as optical character recognition (OCR) on scanned résumés. I also maintained web services, vendor integrations/imports, and a custom app-wide eventing framework.
As part of my rotational position, I also massively refactored the Selenium and WebDriver scripts for the company's automated integrated testing framework. I was also a member of the crash investigation team, where I combed through heap dumps to find the root cause of outages and crashes.
