Founded a collaborative project documenting the music of the Ukrainian diaspora

• Wrote the website as a PHP MediaWiki extension and custom songbook creation software from scratch in Java. There are ∼2k website sessions each month, and over 300 copies of the book have sold.

• Developed a lyrics app in React Native which was released in December 2021, with over 400 installs in the first week.

• Automated four types of customer emails and sms notifications, saving operators dozens of hours of manual labor each month

• Pioneered a comprehensive engineering plan to completely rewrite the privacy infrastructure, addressing critical deficiencies within the existing system

• Rewrote the home search result page from scratch with an eye for usability and performance, resulting in an order of magnitude speedup and 5X more listings page visits

• Tech led project to introduce action cards on the tenant portal to communicate the most important information and provide quick access to appropriate actions

• Designed and built a payment status broadcasting system to coordinate downstream processes (e.g. to conclude an ongoing payment plan when a customer pays off their remaining balance)
