• On the Global Features project, designed mockups and guidelines for components that span multiple brands and products and impact millions of users. The project also involved a lot of program management to ensure leadership understood and funded the work.
• Working with the Design Systems team, designed tools and documentation to improve the way teams used the Booking design system.
• Working with the Identity team, designed screens and flows for password and identity management, to improve the sign-in experience for Booking users on web and mobile.

• Identify global UX needs in development workflows and scope projects to address them horizontally across the Booking organization
