Led delivery and scale of an AI-assisted privacy risk identification and decision-support platform, improving review coverage, speed, and consistency across teams.
Drove major performance gains, making risk identification and recommendations ~3–5× faster end-to-end and improving reviewer experience through tighter feedback loops and tooling iteration.
Improved quality and decision accuracy by materially increasing risk signal selection and nearly doubling recommendation acceptance, while achieving near-99% audit recall through better policy signals, evaluation, and model/prompt iteration.
Increased efficiency by reducing inference/model usage while improving precision/recall, and expanding automation into additional privacy domains and workflows.
Led cross-functional execution (Engineering, Product, Data Science, Privacy) through roadmaps, metrics/dashboards, war rooms, and regression readiness, improving reliability and delivery predictability.
Built and scaled operational programs (e.g., dogfooding, bug/feedback triage, support routing) to improve responsiveness and reduce team load during rollouts.

• Delivered 3 major subsea/terrestrial optical route builds to LATAM, including the definition of program milestones, schedule, and risk management
• Managed external vendors in the region to ensure timely and high-quality deployment, and proactively predicted and mitigated potential delays due to import/export restrictions in customs
• Conducted site acceptance testing and oversaw the delivery of space, power, and fiber optic hardware for end-to-end capacity turn-up
• Defined requirements for network acceptance protocols of 3rd party managed long haul networks in LATAM and worked with deployment engineers to create new handover checklists
• Established a clear plan and timeline for all handovers to operations (internal and external) and took ownership of the end-to-end delivery of backbone capacity to LATAM
• Created and implemented metrics to measure the health and efficiency of the backbone network deployment, including time to market calculations and predictive analytics
• Assumed the role of TPM Lead for all backbone capacity delivery to LATAM, working with site owners and deployment teams to ensure all critical path items, including space and power, hardware, optics, and channel plans, were delivered on time.

As a skilled program manager with a track record of delivering complex programs and projects, I have developed algorithms for accurately predicting milestone aggregation and network delivery, with an accuracy of within 5 business days. In my role at Google, I managed end-to-end solutions for the survey, design, and construction phases of comprehensive deployment of Google Fiber, including responsibility for the plan of record, budget, pipeline velocity, and quality of build across the entire market. I have also developed new standards and practices and worked cross-functionally to incorporate innovative ideas to improve the Last Mile problem. In addition, I have established positive and effective communication with unit staff and organization leadership, reducing miscommunications and missed deadlines.

I played a key role in driving strategic opportunities for expansion and innovation at Google Fiber. I spearheaded a new deployment concept that allows the deployment of OLT's in the public right of way, significantly increasing time to market and ROI profitability on a nationwide scale and have also increased time to market and reduced cost, civils, and space requirements for traditional huts. I have a strong focus on best practices and have developed and iterated on current practices, breaking industry barriers and innovating on new methods of deployment. I have also written program documentation to record all aspects of trialling new methodologies and have defined expansion methods, as well as performing time to market and cost analysis for deployment initiatives. I excel at driving cross-functional partnerships and identifying strategic opportunities for expansion.

As a design manager for a new fiber build, I have managed contracts and delivered design across 4 vendors in the market, creating a new way of defining engineering and construction bill of materials. My labor to time analysis allows for more accurate prediction of construction project cost, time, and total materials, increasing estimation accuracy of project completion. In my role as end-to-end solution manager for site survey and design for the Last Mile team, I oversee all designs produced by design engineers for the KC market deployment. I manage and implement new quality control (QC) models, processes, budgets, and all aspects of a comprehensive design house to ensure successful deployment for Google Fiber. In addition, I have written training documentation for network provisioning that has been used by the entire network operations team across the nation.
