• Developed several unique fault detection systems for various industrial automation controllers.

• Used Cadence Orcad Capture CIS for the purpose of developing schematics. The schematics for the equipment at hand were otherwise unavailable and needed immediate repair. Within a few days, a schematic can be recreated from the boards and used to develop automated test procedures for future repairs.
• Experience with AC Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, Soft Starters, Door Operators, MPU/MCU controllers, Communication Equipment, Relay Logic controllers , Rotary Encoders , Solid State based controllers, DC Field Regulator assemblies, Position Indicators, Linearly Regulated Power Supplies, Switching Regulator Power Supplies, DC/DC converters(Buck, Boost, & Flyback topologies), Current Sensing protection devices, Dynamic Braking Units, Digital Signal Processing controllers, Tachometers(AC & DC), Hall Effect sensors, Custom Interfaces, AC motors(3-phase & Single phase), DC motors, Stepper motors, and Servo motors.
