Leading enterprise digital transformation engagements for Shopify’s largest merchants, owning technical discovery, solution architecture, and proof-of-concept delivery from first conversation through platform launch. In 2025, I closed 400% of my annual quota with a 90% enterprise close rate, consistently ranking as a top performer in the Solutions Engineering organization.
What that work actually looks like:
→ Technical leadership on complex deals. I’m the SE merchants and internal teams escalate to when an engagement gets architecturally complicated — headless migrations, custom integrations, replatforming from legacy systems, multi-region rollouts. I own the technical narrative end-to-end and translate it for both engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders.
→ Rapid prototyping with AI-assisted tools. I use Cursor to vibe-code fully functional storefront concepts in Shopify Plus and Hydrogen, turning abstract conversations about headless architecture or custom features into working demos merchants can click through and react to in real time. It’s been one of my biggest unlocks for discovery and close rates.
→ Strategic advisory. I work directly with C-suite stakeholders on tech stack modernization, headless commerce adoption, and 3P ecosystem integration. The best part of the job is helping a leader see their commerce architecture as a lever for growth rather than a cost center.
→ Partner & ecosystem work. I design integration architectures alongside Shopify agency partners and 3P app vendors, balancing enterprise requirements for scalability, reliability, and maintainability against real merchant timelines.
→ Product influence. I partner closely with Product Management to translate patterns I see across merchants into roadmap input, helping shape platform priorities based on what enterprise customers actually need.

I joined TikTok during the early scaling phase of TikTok Shop to help enterprise sellers navigate the technical integration and launch process on a brand-new commerce surface. It was a chance to work on commerce at the edge of a platform that was still figuring out its merchant strategy, and the experience deepened my understanding of how social commerce, content, and conversion intersect.
