• Worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop and drive Enterprise Engineering (EE) scope within global company standards; responsible for driving technology design standards for over 150 office buildings globally containing more than 14K conference rooms, accounting for regional differences

• Collaborated with Workplace Design, Video Infra Ops, Engagement, Logistics, Global Security, and Culinary teams on standards updates and improvements

• Developed rollout plans for hardware updates throughout EE Operations; assessing in-flight projects and ensuring design drawings, BOM’s, and deployment guides are updated; responsible for updating Wiki pages and change logs

• Directed the EE Operations Change Control Board; lead monthly meetings, track progress on submitted initiatives, ensure downstream impacts are considered and addressed, close out submissions once implementation is complete, etc.

• Designed and implemented automating the assessment of submissions for the EE Operations Change Control Board

• Created and maintained internal Wiki pages; EE Technology Standard Guidelines, team programs, and processes, etc.

• Streamlined intake for team initiatives through the creation of contact forms

• Supported the development of the OTD Change Management Record System by collaborating on and implementing improvements; creating internal bots, automating task creation through button implementation within internal tasks tool, creating contact forms, etc.

• Drove team alignment through taking on additional responsibilities to fill in gaps identified; managing tool access, maintaining Wikis, organizing weekly PC meetings, interviewing prospective hires, etc.

• Worked closely with Portfolio Program Managers and Regional Managers to identify developmental needs of the team

• Managed the delivery of 4 projects totaling $5M, one of which being the largest project deployed outside the Bay Area with a single FDOB, containing more than 250 conference rooms

• Developed, organized, and implemented the current onboarding program for all OTD new hires globally; scheduled 20+ training sessions numerous times, leading most at least once

• Improved existing and developed new processes driving overall team efficiencies

• Collaborated with the OTD Global Operations Team by creating and updating Wikis, process documentation, consolidation of communication channels, onboarding and training guides, etc.
