Worked on creating a full-stack tool to rapidly diagnose data issues that could prevent trades from executing on the Bloomberg Terminal!

More specifically, I:

• Developed Python service to rapidly diagnose security data errors that inhibit clients from routing trades to brokers, streamlining triage that has cost engineers 3000+ hours from over 600 submitted tickets in recent years.

• Designed and implemented a React UI platform for the service in the Bloomberg Terminal, collaborating with product stakeholders to enhance user experience and streamline workflow. Eliminated an average of 50 correspondences per ticket.

• Created a flexible diagnostic framework, enabling rapid integration of error checks and reducing test

implementation time from and average of 3 hours to 15 minutes.

• Introduced asynchronous programming into the code base, reducing average response time by 90% to <50ms.

I was a software development intern for the Amazon Science Engineering Team, where I worked on developing a conference management tool for Amazon's scientists!

In this internship, I:

• Engineered a full-stack React/Python web application for research conference management at Amazon,

streamlining workflow for 10 Amazon conference managers and reducing administrative time by 80%.

• Redesigned and adapted an existing application into a versatile universal platform, accelerating development by 3 years and drastically reducing project costs.

• Enhanced platform functionality based on stakeholder feedback, developing key features such as custom reviewer grading criteria and chat support features that streamlined the paper submission and review process by 50%.

• Planned and orchestrated a full migration of the application to Native AWS infrastructure (ECS, Dynamo DB, S3, etc.) to improve scalability for use by 5,000+ scientists annually.

I worked on the demo functionality for the Kindle Scribe!
