I led overall development of the backend services and infrastructure supporting the Family iOS Ethereum wallet application. My work centered on a rearchitecture of services to support Ethereum Layer 2 chains and reduce our dependency on full-chain indexing. I joined Avara as part of the acquisition of Family, my prior employer.

I led development overall development of the backend services and infrastructure of Family (https://family.co/), an Ethereum wallet application for iOS with an emphasis on user experience. My work centered on the improvement and maintenance of our full-chain Ethereum index comprised of multiple terabytes of data. Family was acquired by Avara in November 2023.
