Contracted to lead the product re-design initiative at Healthtrust / HCA

• Worked In partnership with HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) to re-design Healthtrust's suite of products, with a primary focus on Facility Scheduler (FS).

• Managed a team of designers; coordinating UXR studies, design deliverables, and promoting design excellence. Managed direct report relations and career development.

• Worked directly with SWE's to produce a design system and interface guideline for future iteration.

• On-site Visits to a network of over 100 hospitals to meet with primary product users to better understand their needs and conduct user research studies.

• Promoted to design lead, managing a group of 4 in house designers and 2 remote researchers.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with Senior Product Management and Engineering teams; Organizing standups, grooming Jira Boards, and leading design sprints.
