Industrial Design Architect with experience translating ambiguous product needs into manufacturable hardware and polished user experiences. Skilled in rapid prototyping workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end product development from concept through validation and iteration.
* Own industrial design + hardware UX from early concept to prototype-ready builds, balancing user needs, constraints, and buildability.
* Build and iterate physical prototypes to validate form factor, ergonomics, interaction flows, and system-level constraints (tolerance stack-ups, assembly sequencing, serviceability).
* Partner cross-functionally with Mechanical Engineering, EE, Manufacturing, PM, Research, and Operations to align on requirements, risks, and delivery timelines.
* Produce and maintain design intent artifacts: CAD models, CMF direction, build packages, prototype BOMs, and evaluation criteria.
* Drive design reviews and decision-making with clear tradeoff framing (cost, schedule, reliability, user experience).
Projects:
• Meta Quest III, IV & Pro
• Meta RayBan Glasses All versions
* Scope: HW UX, Hardware spec, testing, integration, prototpy
* Hardware UX: interaction prototyping, usability evaluation support, physical affordances, human factors collaboration
* Prototyping: rapid iteration, fixtures/jigs, assembly planning, prototype validation, vendor/ops coordination
* Cross-functional leadership: design reviews, requirements alignment, tradeoff communication, documentation
