• Supported the optical team to collect thermal gradient data across the lens in indoor/outdoor temperature level to determine UV activated photochromic lens to use on upcoming wearable product.
• Designed and built an automatic system to run stress performance tests such as accuracy and latency of audio control and voice calling on wearable products.
• Collected luminance data on the display of the wearable product and helped the electrical engineering team to determine power efficiency to keep visible display brightness and the level of comfort viewing for user.
• Helped product design team to obtain force measurement data and identify excessive strain on optical system through the hinge extension test fixture.
• Helped product design team to choose the LED material to use on wearable product by using the LED validation fixture to determine luminance and color characterization coating performance on LED light.
• Supported product design team to characterize insertion and extraction force for wearable products by programming INSTRON system to obtain data and analysis the data.
