• Supported design and build of new vehicle programs using 3D CAD and creating 2D drawings utilizing GD&T.

• Created and owned the design of new body parts being implemented and

improved existing designs.

• Completed DFM reviews with suppliers to improve part design, solve issues

and to ensure part and tooling readiness for builds and production.

• Implemented solutions on the fly to build issues in the factory.

• Created 3D concepts, and made physical prototype solutions for validation.

• Supported $125M+ in projects, increased car sets/wk. by 37.5%, met aggressive deadlines and reported to VP’s.

• Directly managed $2.5M of multi-discipline, production-impacting projects flying to factories in NV & CA.

• Worked cross-functionally with Tesla teams and outside contractors, reporting to a manager in a different state.

• Utilized CAD to create a jig, improving the assembly of electrical panels by

400%.

• Saved $650K by competitively bidding contracts, locating and re-purposing

equipment, and using Tesla internal workers to complete scopes of work.
