• Owned the logic to determine which prices to display in various locations on the Amazon Business retail website & consolidate price calculation across multiple heterogeneous systems

• Created a killswitch with 10 minute response time to disable any malfunctioning customer segmentation behind the machine learning algorithm running on the main retail website pages

• Led the system preparation and team coordination for Peak Traffic periods (Prime Day, Q4) for a Tier 1 service

in Kindle/Digital Content

On the Digital Accounting & Royalty Technologies (DART) team, assisting with calculating, handling financial approvals, and disbursing royalty payments in a highly distributed system used by internal Amazon customers such as Kindle e-books, Amazon Video, Amazon Music, Twitch, etc.

In this role, I helped reach our SLA of 99.999% unstuck payments, fully automated our deployment process to eliminate 6 hours of oncall workload per week, and encrypted our external calls to ensure data security, amongst other projects.
