• Explored research findings within user interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and questionnaires to further understand issues users faced in order to develop foundational knowledge on the subject matter
• Crafted affinity maps, empathy maps, user personas, plus how might we statements to gain a clear understanding of user challenges, motivations, needs, and pain points
• Designed low and high fidelity wireframes with a priority on user-centered design then produced rapid clickable prototypes utilizing Adobe XD, Figma and InVision
• Tested for usability to gain user feedback, then adjusted designs to accommodate for recommended changes
• Teamed up with four product designers, one design lead, and two representatives from Earth Love United across three different time zones to develop a mobile application focused on encouraging international youth to fight against climate change
• Interviewed two screener survey participants to further knowledge on how people aged 18-22 interpret climate change news, and their role in preserving Earth
• Designed low and high fidelity wireframes based on teammates sketches in addition to stakeholder feedback within a one-week timeframe
• Volunteered to present sketches, high fidelity wireframes, and style guide to stakeholders over Zoom during the emergency absence of our design lead; answered all stakeholder questions, aligned stakeholders visions, and gathered notes for team members not in attendance
