Established the testing KPIs and testing roadmap for 100 person Perception group, guiding investment of 10-20 engineers across foundation and modeling teams and driving test coverage from 50-95%.

Established Perception testing for the Origin vehicle program enabling the first autonomous engagement milestone. Co-designed a fidelity benchmark for synthetic sensor data from our in-house simulator to enable conversion of 1500 rare road events to the Origin sensor suite.

Migrated custom test analytics tools from legacy platforms onto modern tools, improving reliability from 95% to 99.9% and reducing page loads from 90 seconds to 3 seconds.

Managed three teams of 20 total engineers (hired 11). Coached two ICs into manager roles and promoted two other ICs.
