One Homestead was a startup with the mission to help independent older adults retire in their own homes. Our thesis was that independent older adults need goods and services and want to remain connected to their extended family through an online family portal.

In late 2021, as part of a silicon valley accelerator, we launched various acquisition strategies to establish our initial customers and their families. We tested various channels (offline and online), messaging and targets (direct to older adults or their children). I led user ethnography and the validation testing of our product concept.

Dray Alliance is a venture-backed company on a mission to transform the trucking and logistics industry, starting with drayage. Our technology simplifies the antiquated process of moving containers across short distances, with focus on port and rail moves. We are on an exciting journey to modernize the logistics and trucking industry.

As head of product, I was hired to bring my product innovation experience to a young and growing team. I helped instill product building frameworks to help build a culture delivering innovative results. I helped create a metrics-focused roadmap to drive our growth stage into Series B funding. And I also fostered a cross-functional collaborative environment across the entire organization.
