In the past few years, I have built large scale developer productivity tools, frameworks and core libraries, mostly in Java and Python. Currently working on the Salesforce Service Cloud, as a full stack developer (Java & Javascript).

Over the years at Salesforce I helped designing and building these products:

- Service Cloud Voice Products, such as Open CTI, Service Cloud Voice (Powered by Amazon Connect), Service Cloud Voice With Partner Telephony, Lightning Dialer for Essentials

- Core infrastructure and common libraries for Health Cloud, using Java, Javascript (Lightning), and Apex

- Test frameworks and tools, serving hundreds of developers and QEs, enabling them to run millions of JUnit, JS-Unit and Selenium tests every day.

- Internal management and monitoring services, using Vagrant, Puppet, EC2 and more.

Designed and implemented many internal tools and frameworks, including an end to end test automation framework using Java (JUnit), TestComplete, Javascript libraries and open source tools. The framework enabled the creation of more than 1500 test cases that ran on 18 platforms automatically following a build.
