• Initiation: Directly talking with engineers, stakeholders from oculus core tech, positional tracking, ground truth, hardware and visualization teams to understand complex time sensitive projects.

• Planning: Writing policies, creating project plan while defining scope, timeline and budget. Coordinating, analyzing and negotiating with other projects.

• Execution: Managing local data collections team day-to-day operations to achieve deliverables for high priority experimental operations on strict competitive deadlines.
