• Lead overall redesign of GEICO’s mobile application (over 17M monthly sessions) for iOS and Android, including experience strategy, interaction design, and developer collaboration. Right now: new Login and Home experiences

• Translate GEICO’s existing desktop-based design system (Hue) to mobile, and create and socialize new mobile-friendly patterns and components for consumption by the wider GEICO design organization

• Lead design (strategy to production) of a new merchant-facing web platform for management and visibility of ecommerce warranty sales, partnered with a development team in an Agile environment. Achieved rapid adoption by 450+ enterprise clients and above-standard DAU/MAU

• Lead design and coordinated cross-functional stakeholders for Extend’s new shipping protection product, scaling from a handful of merchants to several hundred enterprise clients

• Initiated and contributed significantly to a robust industry-standard design system. Developed and codified operational best practices for a growing design team. Lead generative & evaluative research
