Develop & Maintain a large, complex data-processing API using Elixir, Phoenix, and Postgres

• Spearheaded creation of standardized components to match the company's design system using PHP, Blade, and Livewire, resulting in clean, usable, and accessible front-end components.

• Became an Engineering Technical Lead and Engineering Manager, leading an engineering team of 4 engineers/designers, resulting in the team being able to deliver features and bug fixes at a rapid pace.

• Took a freight factoring application from idea to implementation using Django, Django Rest Framework, React, & Typescript.

• Designed & built a state management library to manage state in place of Redux for highly complex and automated React Native applications, allowing a fully managed drag-and-drop integrations system in React Native applications.

• Formulated & developed a data binding DSL parser in TypeScript, allowing for highly complex, serializable React components with data binding and dynamic configurable behavior based on runtime-computed integration data.

• Documented & mentored the engineering team on use and maintenance of the state management library and DSL parser, allowing the team to collaborate more effectively on the project.

• Worked to develop user experiences in React, Typescript, JSF, Backbone.js, and XSLT with a focus on accessibility and developer usability, resulting in a more accessible user experience and faster development time.
