Some of the projects I lead - Order Management, Product Catalog and Inventory, International Customs Clearance, Fulfillment and Manual Shipments.

Led initiatives within Home Loans, Personal Loans, and Home Insurance verticals.

1. Home Loans - Collaborated with research to identify the primary user for Credible's home loan products. Successfully delivered features within the pre-qualification, pre-approval, and home loan application. Worked with the marketing team to generate materials for real estate agent partnerships.

2. Home Insurance - Successfully designed a 0-1 product that brings a unique value for customers to compare and shop for home insurance. Collaborated with the stakeholders, product, and dev team to optimize the insurance application workflow.

3. Personal Loans - Successfully delivered multiple A/B test experiments to understand user behavior. Collaborated with the SEO team to optimize landing page features.

4. Other - Participated in the design team hiring process and mentored a junior designer.

Successfully executed research and design strategies for projects across diverse industries, including 911 services, utility, healthcare, and workflow management.

Two notable projects:

1. Collaborated with stakeholders and project manager to provide utility bill payment assistance to low-income households, resulting in over 1000 applications within the first two weeks of launching the feature.

2. Effectively executed early discovery and research to help clients(in the public safety industry) to identify areas of improvement within their 911 call handling system. My role included stakeholder interviews, building user personas, competitive analysis, system evaluation, and redesigning the call handling dashboard. The prototype built by the team was displayed at the NENA 2021 conference.
