Modernize a solution to enforce health practitioner sanctions through insurance provider network in the State of CA. Designed and developed SharePoint Online list views, Nintex workflows, and Power Automate Flows to curate/publish sanctions in monthly cadence, collect auditable record of managed care plan reviews, and back-office reporting.

Designed and deployed an automated workflow pipeline that systematically transformed raw data into comprehensive reports. By streamlining key transformation processes, this pipeline replaced a two-week manual effort with a fully automated solution completing in under one minute. The dramatic reduction in processing time not only enhanced operational efficiency but also established a scalable framework capable of adapting to growing data volumes.

Engineered robust RESTful .NET APIs for a B2C Quote & Buy portal, empowering small to medium-sized businesses to purchase business insurance policies online with instantaneous underwriting. Leveraging a layered architecture for enhanced modularity and scalability, the APIs were deployed using AWS Lambda, while structured data management was handled through Amazon RDS. Additionally, I orchestrated seamless integration with Guidewire and other APIs, ensuring a smooth, end-to-end user experience throughout the digital insurance acquisition process.

Gained foundational knowledge in Ignition Gateway architecture, including modules and their application within MES and SCADA environments. Developed HMI screens for thermoprocess and blender systems using the Ignition Vision module and connected them to real time data points using Ignition tags. Enabled user interactive features such as action buttons using event handlers in Jython scripting. Updated plant-wide TV dashboards using the Perspective module to reflect revised shift schedules. Built a working understanding of OEE calculations, downtime tracking, and KPI reporting, including how production data is acquired, processed, and visualized through SCADA systems.

Supported PLC troubleshooting, worked alongside senior control engineers to improve manufacturing uptime and reduce operational bottlenecks. Participated in SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for control panel commissioning and testing activities.

Created a functional proof of concept for Daymaker in the Capstone project, implementing UX/UI design on the Shopify platform for a seamless gift purchasing experience.
