• Led the project teams across 7 successful releases for the CCAR Program
• Established a seamless tollgate process for the CCAR Program partnering closely with the EPO and CCAR PMO
• Created and managed comprehensive project and program plans for the quarterly releases including RAID logs, communication material
• Managed Change Control process for the Program to advocate tighter controls across the SDLC
• Engage with cross functional project teams for release planning activities including milestones establishment and communication of the same to senior leadership
• Engaged, negotiated and locked down development code drop timelines; worked hand in hand with QA to ensure there were no downstream impacts to QA, UAT and ultimately Deployment; tracked high level development activities to closure.
• Identified Release Deployment timelines for the CCAR Monthly and Quarterly Submissions with EDM Operations and IT and obtained agreeance from management on the timelines
• Project Lead for several CCAR initiatives including Credit Cards Platform Upgrade, Data Scan Upgrade and similar data warehouse initiatives
• EDM Fun Day Committee Co-Chair; planned department-wide team building activities to improve moral of the work environment on a monthly basis
