Started as a pandemic side project, Main Gauche Games released its first game on Steam in summer 2022 – Stereo Boy. At MGG, I design and develop game systems, drive art direction, create 3D art, craft levels, and wear whatever hats are necessary to make a fun and successful product.
On the Behavioral Health team, I was tech lead for new customer-facing mobile features in our React Native app. In the broader company, I helped move legacy Rails APIs to GraphQL, and coordinated architecture upgrades to multiple customer facing React apps. I was also the architect of our internal design system implementation, working closely with designers and multiple teams to integrate it across our product lines.
In 2019, Pogo spun out as a subsidiary of Interstellar. I joined as the VP of Product Engineering, and worked closely with the executive team to determine company direction and lead engineering efforts on our React Native mobile payments app.
