I'm bringing a lot of operational experience to a highly technical team to help make their tasks automated while learning.
I build helpful things that simplify processes. For example, a past creation was an internal Slackbot for Zendeskians that allowed them to use Slack to search content that was otherwise blocked by IP restrictions. With this alternative method to search for help via the bot, people were able to solve problems without the hassle of connecting to VPN to search the Help Center.
I've also worked heavily with APIs for retrieving information not present or exportable from the UI as well as automating access audits for past employees. Saves time and effort for the daily checkups and also for the quarterly Audits for Compliance.
Past Projects & Noteworthy Accomplishments:
• Developed a custom tool to aggregate Vulnerability data into SIEM and JIRA for tracking + metrics.
• Tools processed more than 10 million lines of data per month on average, running the entire Vuln aggregation for the Security department
• Developed a Slackbot capable of searching Zendesk Help centers and Employee Directory information for ease of access in Slack
• Developed a suite a python scripts used to audit access to critical systems for our team/department
• Assigned Ownership of entire departments Zendesk Instance due to past administration skills and expertise
