As a key point of contact for our highest GMV merchants, I troubleshoot and resolve complex merchant issues and high priority incidents while leveraging technical skill sets such as Splunk (rails log). SQL (databases), web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.), HTTP Protocol, DNS/Domains, and SSL provisioning, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON/XML, Mode and Liquid.
Also troubleshooting and working as part of a specialized escalated team and technical point of contact for other internal teams and assisting them with their own Shopify Plus merchant interactions. Excelling at providing expertise, quick decision making and following a strategic approach to resolve issues for merchants while working with various internal stakeholders. Additionally, working on internal projects to help build Shopify for the future.
