Sapling was acquired by Kallidus shortly after my departure.

As Sapling's first full-time designer, my focus is not only to ship high-quality, useful features for our customers, but to build out a scalable design process and team.

How this looks like everyday:

• Leading iterative product design in an agile environment including

sketches, user flows, product requirement writing, prototyping and

creating Sapling’s first design system.

• Leading Sapling’s user research efforts, which includes customer

interviews, usability testing and collaboration with sales and customer success teams

• Close collaboration with product and marketing to create assets and

a styleguide for Sapling’s new website
