· Lead a team (85 full time and 40 contractor employees) responsible for directing all store and merchandising best practices, programs, and resources across a $20B retail chain of 2100 Ross and 350 dd’s (a division of Ross) locations
· Responsible for managing a $75M expense budget and the implementation of over $250M of capital projects (including opening ~75-100 new stores each year) across a diverse vendor portfolio of ~50 vendors in fixture manufacturing, store and fixture design, print design and production, and facilities management
· Manage the store fixture supply chain, overseeing the development of domestic and international vendor relationships, contract and pricing negotiations, inventory management, and demand forecasting
· Partner with senior merchandise buyers to execute product and merchandising strategies by optimizing store assortment mix, store layout and merchandise placement, fixture designs, and space planning across a national retail network
· Responsible for all chain-wide communications and change management in support of company rollouts and initiatives. Additionally, oversee the program management and execution of store leadership conferences and meetings, ensuring seamless event delivery and coordinating logistics for over 3,000 attendees
