I relocated from Rio to São Paulo to co-lead design in a 20+ person squad (PM, Engineering, Data, Marketing, CX). I expanded Nubank Rewards beyond initial release point-burning by launching “Earn & Burn” without requiring app updates. I led user research, rapid prototyping, and 10+ usability interviews. Within three months of the relaunch, monthly rewards gross revenue rose from R$16.2M to R$18.7M, subscriber growth from 334K to 374K, a 24% increase in app activity, 36% more logins, and an NPS jump from 33 to 50—capturing 18.8% of total credit card spend.
