• Led partnerships, procurement and negotiation of agency’s largest TOD comprised of seven acres and 935k SF of master planned, mixed-use development valued at $550M+ in Bellevue
• Developed and implemented disposition plan for 2.2 acre TOD site in Lynnwood’s City Center including land and interim use coordination, site due diligence, and jurisdictional and community engagement
• Coordinated disposition of 16 properties in the Rainier Valley that support a City of Seattle affordable homeownership program
• Oversaw development due diligence for 0.6 acre site in downtown Seattle and 4.5 acre site in Bellevue
• Co-led development of Equitable Engagement Framework to guide TOD staff in reaching underrepresented and marginalized populations during community outreach
• Managed local jurisdiction relationships throughout the lifecycle of a TOD including due diligence, partnering, procurement, negotiations, design review and permitting
• Collaborated with real property, property management, legal, communications, engineering, operations, facilities, and government relations to advance TOD projects and program
• Supported program development including excess property portfolio management, executive reporting, drafting guidelines, managing communications, hiring, training and budgeting
• Member of Equity Steering Committee, Equitable Engagement Subcommittee, Pride Employee Resource Group (2 years as Chair), serve as agency Ambassador Program Lead, completed Undoing Institutional Racism and Inclusion Competency Training, and graduate of the 2020 class of LEAD (Leadership, Empowerment and Development)

• Performed senior-level technical work for a variety of land use and station area planning, transit-oriented development, and transit facility development projects across the Puget Sound region
• Station area planning lead for Phase I project development of 45 miles of bus rapid transit with 20 station pairs, five parking facilities and a new transit center, budgeted at $1.275B, working with 21 jurisdictions and public agencies
• Project manager for Kingsgate Park and Ride TOD Feasibility Study delivered to the Washington State Legislature in 2019 as guidance for developing state TOD policy
• Completed 90% final design review for the 8.5 mile, $3.1B Lynnwood Link Extension with four stations, working in coordination with seven public agencies
• Drafted language for agency's new Equitable Transit-Oriented Development Policy adopted by the Board of Directors, recognized as one of the most forward-thinking policies in the nation

Guided the implementation of the City Center Sub-Area Plan strategies, projects and studies through managing efforts to redevelop the City toward a more concentrated, mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly and transit-supportive center.
• Facilitated public and private infrastructure and redevelopment projects in PSRC Regional Growth Center serving as liaison between city departments and officials, property owners, citizens, developers and partner government agencies
• Managed City’s cross-departmental involvement in the development of Sound Transit's Lynnwood Link light rail including station design development, associated infrastructure improvement projects, communications, interagency relations, consultant oversight and development agreements
• Utilized subject matter expertise to represent the City in complex, multi-disciplinary projects including public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, strategic planning and external stakeholder collaboration
• Authored and administered Federal Transit Administration grant awarded to one of only three cities in the country for in-depth technical assistance to support equitable, transit-oriented development in 2016
• Coordinated creation of Lynnwood Transit Center Multimodal Accessibility Plan in partnership with WSDOT, Sound Transit, PSRC, FHWA and Community Transit
• Assisted management of pre-design report for new grid street awarded $1.29 million grant by PSRC for final design
• Developed and managed program policy, interlocal agreements, grant applications, RFQs/RFPs and consultant contracts for a variety of projects at the local, regional, state, and federal level
• Administered City Center Streets Master Plan, Streetscape Plan and Development Guidelines
• Oversaw community engagement including public information and media relations
