Leading Product Design and User Experience (UX) for Alexa’s AI platform capabilities, focusing on multimodal interaction, partner ecosystem tooling, and scalable experiences used by millions of customers and developers. I manage and grow a team of 6–15 designers responsible for interaction models, platform frameworks, and developer-facing capabilities supporting Alexa as a multimodal AI platform.

Key work includes:

• Leading design initiatives that transform Alexa from a voice-only assistant into a multimodal AI platform integrating voice, visual, and contextual interfaces.

• Defining interaction patterns and platform capabilities that enable internal teams and external partners to build Alexa experiences at scale.

• Partnering closely with product, engineering, and research leadership to define long-term platform strategy and ensure design is integrated into core technology decisions.

• Building and mentoring a high-performing design team while driving UX quality, design systems alignment, and cross-organizational design standards.

• Delivering solutions that support millions of Alexa customers and a large ecosystem of partners and developers.

Lead UX Designer for Amazon Brand Protection. Responsible for designing platform solutions that protect intellectual property, brand integrity, and customer trust across Amazon Marketplace and Amazon Business. Lead UX Designer/Manager Buyers and Sellers UX at Amazon Marketplace and Amazon Business Marketplace segments. Drove cross-platform design solutions for web and mobile.

• Solo UX Designer for Jeff Bezos’ special initiative Project Zero, a technology that protects 18,000+ global brands against counterfeit goods and IP violations in 20+ countries.

• Led a team of 6 for Amazon Marketplace & Amazon Business units.

Led a team of 6 UX Designers focused on Amazon Business Sellers. Designed, researched, and prototyped sections of the Amazon Seller mobile application. Increased CTR by +164%, resulting in exceeding a $2 billion sales goal. Design work spans B2b and B2C worlds.

Served as design lead for IMDbPro, acting as Head of UX and later building and scaling the design team.
