Lead engineer for Trove's Storefront team, which handles front-end ecommerce development for Trove's brand partners

Lead engineer for a team of four engineers building improvements for the US market’s Product Information Page (PIP) and other areas. Support each engineer’s skill development via paired programming exercises, code review, and mentoring.

Led a successful engineering collaboration pilot with Global organization in Sweden, which resulted in all US customer experience domain engineers being onboarded to Global teams, and increased alignment between US and Global product/UX teams.

Coworker of the Year for US Digital Hub (FY 2021).

Co-led development of US geolocation by building an app to provide location-aware stock availability and store search UI for all US product pages. The app made USA the first IKEA market to offer GPS- and IP-based location services.

Designed and built a React/Redux framework (and Vue/Vuex prototype) to for use by a team of 7 developers. Gathered requirements, drafted and presented a proposal, sought buy-in from key stakeholders across departments, and gained executive approval for the project. Oversaw development of unit tests by the testing automation department, created documentation, adopted linting and version control modeling practices, and trained the team in use of the framework.
