• Migrated the Third Party Assessment questionnaire from an one time password flow to Meta's Enterprise Center, decreasing the cycle time of questionnaire submission by over 70% or from an average of 50.25 days to 10.44 days
• Developed copy functionality for TPA questionnaires to allow responses to be copied for future questionnaires and later initial intake forms, resulting in thousands of man-hours saved per year
• Participated in incident management to take ownership of and drive the resolution of outages and security vulnerabilities within the Third Party Assessment product
