• Migrated over 500 items, employee information, and appointments from a spreadsheet to a PostgreSQL database.

• Building an admin panel on React from an HTML template that allows the business manager to oversee, filter, modify, delete, and create new items, services, employee data, and overall statistics.

• Developing a web interface for customers to check-in and select the services they would like, automatically creating an appointment, deducting the used items from the database, and calculating the final cost.

• Implemented an automatic UPS label generator which creates a shipping label using UPS’ API and includes shipping price in the customer’s final invoice.

• Refactored automatic reordering software to reorder meals which would better fit each customer’s diet as the subscription was renewed.

• Developed a set of new features including creating new meal plans from an admin panel, pausing an ongoing subscription, export a CSV file from an admin panel with all orders and total meal quantities to be prepared for a given week.

• Debugged original checkout controller to fix bugs which caused the system to charge inaccurate amounts

• Developed a python script to help automate the energy monitor’s wireless setup troubleshooting by reading the monitor’s setup logs and returning a troubleshooting suggestion based on those logs.

• Investigated, documented, and reported device model performance issues on JIRA to aid diagnosis and resolution of the problem.

• Wrote Knowledge Base articles to communicate troubleshooting steps to customers and co-workers.

• Provided technical support to customers to ensure a smooth user experience with the Sense energy monitor.
