Robotic Process Automation as a Service (RPA-AAS)

At ServiceNow I had the opportunity to:

• Lead the Field Service Management (FSM) design initiatives, from 2018 through 2021, achieving recognition in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant

• Contributed to the Customer Service Call Center Agent Experience with net-new Advance Work Assignment capabilities (i.e., Inbox, Task Routing and Queueing, Admin)

• Contributed to the Platform Global Email Experience delivering its first Seismic Email Experience across all SN applications

At Digital Telepathy I had the chance to team up with outstanding designers and engineers, practice user-centered design, and use data to inform decisions and consistently make better products.

• Digital Telepathy was a User Experience Design Agency performing Web Design in San Diego and San Francisco until it was acquired in 2017 by ServiceNow.

As UX/UI Leader I lead a 5-10 UX designers team and championed user experience as a strategy to leveraging campaign results and improving brand engagement for clients such as Unilever (Tang, Dove, Hellmann's), Motorola, LG, IBM, Dupont, JAC Motors.
