Working on enhancing the Salesforce Scheduler experiences by integrating Generative AI to provide advanced functionalities, such as summarization, personalized recommendations, and simplified chat-based appointment scheduling. Efforts are focused on streamlining setup processes to improve user experience, making it easier for users to configure and navigate Scheduler's features. Also, created a robust scheduling experience for the Paris Olympics 2024.

Developed world-class systems for managing virtual and in-person appointments for leading Banks, Healthcare Systems, Universities, and multiple other business entities.

Sucessfully delivered features like Lobby Management to efficiently manage the customers who visit business locations without prior appointments and flows to support 1:1, 1: many and many : many appointments.

Conducted regular validation sessions with customers and SMEs to gather feedback and insights, ensuring an optimized and tailored user experience.

Developed visual materials and graphics to evaluate the influence of COVID-19-related delays on attaining country-specific Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and thoroughly reviewed the existing assets and web presence to ensure a unified visual identity and enhance the overall user experience.

To ensure ongoing consistency in the future content, took the initiative to establish well-defined guidelines and best practices governing the design and user interface efforts.

The project is to understand the acceptance rate of new interaction modalities (voice, AR/VR, etc) among Honeywell Building Technology (HBT) users in India and, create a prototype that incorporates these technologies, based on user insights.
