Acting as the team and technical lead I designed and implement a common framework (Client Server code, SQL tables) using C# 4.6.1 (ASPX/JavaScript/JQuery/D3), IIS 10 and SQL Server 2016 to move the approximately 160 forms out of SharePoint 2010 and into IIS/C#/SQL server; this included the design and implementation of new custom WEB Services under IIS (both REST and SOAP). Designed and implemented the DEVOPS automated build and deploy process using the PUB approved tools GITLab, JIRA XLRelease, Jenkins, PowerShell.
