• Designed end-to-end user experience to download electronic diploma (CeDiploma) on the student portal using SSO (Single Sign On). Conducted usability testing and iterated design based on insights gained from students’ feedback.

• Collaborated with Office of the Registrar, Student Affairs, PR as part of UC Berkeley’s SIS (Student Information Systems) department.

• Led student portal’s content strategy improvement by assessing the needs for student-facing guidance, defining UI locations for affordances, and refining workflow for Job Aid maintenance.

• Redesigned CC Search to make the search process friendlier for users who are unfamiliar with licenses and attribution by creating intuitive filters and noticeable attribution reminders.

• Prototyped UI design for Textbook Search to add search capabilities for openly licensed textbooks to current website using Sketch.
